A hardy, versaile, grass-like plant ideal for massing as groundcover in any shady area, even dry shade. Not invasive. Short spikes of green flowers appear from late sprig to early summer. Looks good planted with other shade loving plants such as ferns or hostas. Height 30 to 60 cm. Semi-evergreen. Plants can be divided in spring.
